Admissions – Visual Click‑by‑Click Guide

This will walks you through every screen of the GUCDOE online admission portal—from landing on the website to final submission and study centre verification.

0. Landing Page Orientation Landing Page Link

New applicants should click REGISTER. Returning applicants can log in with Challan No. and Date of Birth.

Admission portal landing page — Home screen: choose **REGISTER** for new registration, or use the right pane to log in.

Click: REGISTER to open the Sign‑Up form.

1. Sign Up (New Registration)

On the Sign‑Up page, enter your details. Fields marked with (*) are mandatory.

Sign up form screenshot — Sign‑Up: Fill in DEB ID/ABC ID, name, mobile, email, DOB, GU Reg. No (if any), ID type & number, category, programme & session, study centre, and fee payment type.

Click: Register. Your fee challan will be generated automatically.

2. Challan Generation & Fee Payment

A challan opens with your Challan No., learner details, fee breakup, Total, a Payment Link, and your Access Code at the bottom.

Tip: If the fee type list doesn’t match exactly, choose OTHER and enter the total amount as shown in the challan.

4. Declaration & Access Code Verification

Read the declaration thoroughly. Enter the Access Code from your challan in the boxes.

Click: Agree to proceed to the Admission Form.

5. Fill Admission Form & Upload Documents

Complete all sections: Personal Details, Programme & Centre, Academic History, and Address. Then upload clean, self‑attested scans.

Admission form and uploads screenshot — Upload photo, signature, Govt. ID, HSLC admit/certificate, qualifying marksheet & certificate, GU registration certificate (if any), and caste certificate (if applicable).

Photo (JPG/JPEG, face forward) & Signature (JPG/JPEG, black ink on white paper)
Identity Card (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN, etc.)
HSLC Admit/Certificate (DOB proof)
Qualifying Exam Marksheet & Certificate (Bachelor’s)
GU Registration Certificate (if any)
Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Size tips: Keep photo/signature ≈200 KB; others preferably <1 MB. Use JPG/PDF as permitted by the form.

6. Preview, Final Submit & Download Application

After clicking Submit, a Form Preview appears. Verify each field and document.

If correct: Click Final Submit. Download the Final Application PDF and keep it with your Challan and Payment Receipt.

7. Study Centre Verification & Study Material

Carry the following to your chosen Study Centre (LSC):

Printed Final Application PDF
Challan & Online Payment Receipt
Originals of all uploaded documents

After verification, your Roll Number will be issued. Collect your study materials as instructed.

8. Troubleshooting & FAQs

Can’t login? Check DOB format (DD/MM/YYYY) and Challan No.

Can’t find Access Code? It’s printed at the bottom of your challan.

File too large? Compress and re‑upload (JPG/PDF).

Payment not reflected? Wait a short while and refresh the dashboard; keep the receipt.
